Tender description
Contractors will be required to go to sea aboard commercial fishing vessels in order to sample and record fishery catch data as directed by Fisheries Ecosystems Advisory Services according to FEAS catch sampling protocols. This data includes but is not exclusive to: Recording of wanted and unwanted catch information, recording of fishing gear and locations, recording of incidental by-catch information, recording of environmental information, recording of litter, identification of fish, birds, marine mammals/reptiles and benthos and recording of length measurements. Detailed technical description is available in the attached documents.
