Calculating Carbon and Assessing Circularity (Construction Projects)

Tender description

This is a Single Stage (“Open”) Tender conducted using the Public Contracts Scotland web portal to establish a framework agreement with a single supplier for the provision of consultancy services to undertake embodied carbon calculations and circular economy assessments of construction projects on a call off basis. Zero Waste Scotland invites you to tender for the provision of consultancy services to undertake embodied carbon calculations and circular economy assessments of construction projects on a call off basis under a single supplier framework agreement. The Contractor is expected to use and apply their knowledge, skills and experience to provide consultancy services to calculate the embodied carbon impact / and undertake circular economy assessments of construction projects in Scotland identified by the Client. The Contractor may be requested to provide consultancy services for the analysis of a live construction or refurbishment project identified by the Client, to calculate embodied carbon in line with Objective 2 of the Net Zero Public Sector Buildings (NZPSB) Standard and / or to undertake a circularity assessment of that project.
