Barnet Council ERP Programme - System Implementer Services

Expressions of interest invited for systems implementer services for Barnet Council's ERP programme. Barnet Council has recently agreed to exit a number of services provided by a long term strategic partnership with Capita. Since 2013 Capita has provided a number of Council services, including the provision of IT support, Finance and HR services. Working with Capita the Council currently has several systems to support its Finance, HR and Procurement services. The current arrangement is that of a ‘Best of Breed’ model, there is one main system for each of Finance (Integra2), HR (CoreHR), and Procurement (Curtis Fitch), with other systems implemented alongside these due to shortcomings in the current functionality. The Council now wishes to establish a programme that will include the provision of System Implementer (SI) support to migrate from the existing finance, procurement and HR systems and where relevant retire other related legacy systems, to a single Oracle Cloud solution. Payroll is outside the scope of the Programme but all relevant interfaces (detailed elsewhere in the ITT documentation) must be included and delivered by the successful supplier. The intention is to award the contract to a single supplier with Go Live 1st April 2024 for Finance and HR 1st June 2024 at the latest.
