Tender description

Electrical Periodic Testing and associated works to Atrium properties, to ensure that Atrium Homes is compliant with the minimum standard to undertake an electrical safety inspection every five years. The works will consist of Electrical Periodic Testing to dwellings and common areas within the contract area to ensure electrical compliance at all times. This involves testing to 100% of all electrical accessories and circuits and minor repairs where required; and thereafter provide certificates to the client. This contract covers Atrium’s properties over a 5 year period to be tested in in line with their due dates.
