Tender description

The proposed system must be suitable for use with CEN54E1/CEN56E1 running rail & CEN54E1A1//CEN56E1 Switch Rails The baseplate material to be in accordance with EN-GJS-400 18C LT (EN1563) Standard baseplate hole centres 100 x 490mm for shallow depth and 127 x 457mm for full depth switches. The shallow depth baseplate must be compatible with an SKL fastening system in conjunction with an approved inner bracing system. The full depth baseplate must be bolted through the stock rail in conjunction with an approved inner bracing system. The roller slide baseplates shall have a roller package system that ensures each roller is adjustable in height through an eccentric axle. The proposed system must have approval certification for use on EU rail networks (e.g. DB, SNCF, Network Rail, OBB, ADIF, Infrabel, Prorail, RFI, TRVK, BANEDanmark Lot 1: Provision of S&C Switch rail roller system which must comply with the attached Specification.
