This notice is for the purposes of announcing the contract award to BAE SYSTEMS SURFACE SHIPS LIMITED for The Provision of Annual Flexible Hose Assemblies Surveys and Examinations for transparency purposes. Expressions of interest are not required. All contract redaction's have been undertaken in accordance with the exemptions detailed in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Part 2. A FTS notice was issued on 30th September at the below link: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/027536-2022 Lot 1: The Authority has a requirement to procure the service for conducting examinations of the Flexible Hoses listed on the Flexible Hose register (FHR) at HMS Sultan. Requirement includes the Supplier to produce detailed technical engineering reports to summarise the findings of the Flexible Hose Examinations conducted and update the DSMarE (Defence School of Marine Engineering) FHR after examination.
