Tender description

<p>LOT 1 – Cheshire East require a supplier who has secured ECO funding (including ECO Flex) from energy suppliers to install gas boilers / first time central heating systems / electric storage heaters – the supplier must also be capable of installing the qualifying insulation measures required to secure the ECO / ECO Flex funding as ECO4 is a fabric first approach and therefore boilers cannot be replaced without upgrading all insulation first. Works will be funded primarily by ECO / ECO Flex, with any shortfall being arranged by the Council. LOT 2 – Cheshire East require a supplier to service / repair / install gas boilers, LPG boilers, Oil boilers, Electric Storage Heaters, Water heaters etc for people who are not eligible for ECO funding.
