MGwynedd Council is looking for Welsh-speaking childcare provider to provide childcare, education and play for children aged between 2 and 12 years old in a specific space within the school building at Ysgol y Faenol, Bangor.Minimum ProvisionAs a minimum, provision will have to include:• service between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday for a minimum of 48 weeks a year• Foundation Phase education for two hours a day, Monday to Friday, during the school term (this could include a morning and afternoon session if the numbers permit)• 20 hours per week of childcare during the school term• 30 hours per week of childcare during the school holidaysfor every eligible child who apply for it (through a parent or guardian) from the beginning of term following their third birthday and then on a full-time basis in September following their fourth birthday.The Provider must make every effort to allow access to the provision to every eligible child who applies.The provider will not be permitted to refuse the request for provision without sufficient grounds and written permission from Gwynedd Council.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
