Technical Advisor Framework(s) for Greenways

Tender description

A portfolio of over 70 potential projects has been collated at this point and TII have identified the need for significant Technical Advisor Resources to take these projects through the various Phases of the TII Project Management Guidelines (PMGs) and Project Appraisal Guidelines (PAGs). It is anticipated that this list of projects may grow over the next 12 months. There is considerable variance in the scale, nature, and complexity of these projects, with some envisaged as greenfield schemes, while others are likely to take advantage of existing road, canal, and rail corridors. In more urban areas the projects tend to be Active Travel projects rather than Greenways, that is the delivery of specific purpose walking/cycling routes, as opposed to recreational greenways. Lot 1: It is envisaged that TII will use an Open Procedure for a number of Framework Agreements (Lots), the proposed structure of these Framework Agreements is set out in the attached document and all comments are appreciated. The intention is that Call-off Awards will cover the awarding of the 70+ programme of awards and these may be batched where TII see merit in such an issue.
