Tender description
Following the collapse of a panel of parapet brickwork, a structural assessment of the external façade of the building has identified the requirement for remedial works to address structural defects. The external façade is finished in continuous strip windows with panels of clay-faced cavity brickwork. The remedial works will comprise the installation of remedial wall-ties across all brickwork panels, as well as the installation of additional angle supports within the full height brickwork panels. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system –BUILDING. Refer to Contract Notice for categories.
