Provision of legal advisory services to support the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) with the design and implementation of the RESS

The provision of external legal advisory services required to support the design and implementation of onshore auctions under the Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS). This public procurement competition will be divided into 2 lots (each a “Lot”). o Lot 1 relates to the development of Terms and Conditions for multiple (at least two currently planned), onshore RESS auctions. o Lot 2 relates to advice surrounding the delivery phase and enduring support of RESS schemes (RESS 1, RESS 2, and future auctions). Each Lot will result in a separate contract.
