Provision of graphic design and printing services for the preparation of the Galway City Development Plan 2023-2029 including draft and final plan and associated documents.

Tender description

The successful tender will be responsible for the design, layout and printing of the Galway City Development Plan 2023-2029 as per the stages. Once appointed, the successful tenderer will be required to set out a work plan to be agreed with Council regarding how they propose to meet the requirements of the project. The project is divided up into four key milestones or stages, each with different requirements 1 Draft Plan for Elected members This is a working draft document which will be presented to Elected Members of Galway City Council for consideration. Bilingual front and back covers designs are required for four no. documents listed in Table 1. The body of these documents do not require design and layout at this stage. These documents will be published as PDF and print documents. 2 Draft Plan for Public Consultation Full design and layout, including bilingual front and back cover, of the Draft Development Plan/Written Statement (1 no. document) is required and documents must be suitable for publication as a ‘web first’ document on consult.galwaycity.ie, as PDF and print documents. The Environmental Assessments (3 no. documents) will be published as PDF documents and will require bilingual front and back covers. The body text of environmental assessments will not require design/layout. 3 Material amendments Updated bilingual front and back covers for Written Statement (1 no) and environmental assessments (3 no. documents). 4 Final Plan The final plan must be published as a web first, pdf and print document. Final formats to be confirmed.
