Provision of a range of media monitoring services across print, broadcast and digital media for Cork City Council

Tender description

Cork City Council requires a range of media monitoring services across print, broadcast and digital media with reference to Cork City Council and the services we provide. The media monitoring services will be based on a list of key words provided by the local authority. The monitoring services must take place 24/7, 365 days a year and must include a daily briefing of media clippings by 9am, a lunch time briefing of media clippings, an online portal/ website/ dashboard with Cork City Council and Cork City content and access to broadcast clips/ transcripts in a remotely accessible and timely manner. The dashboard/ portal must contain media resonance analysis and data archiving/ document management features.
