PLACE152 Flowbird car park pay and display machines daily payments and connectivity charges

Tender description

Flowbird are our contracted supplier for car park pay and display machines. We have within the countryside service. We have 14 machines on countryside sites. Elvaston Castle 5, Cromford Wharf 2, Shipley Country Park 5, Mapperley2 and Hayfield 1. The machines take payments by card, contactless and cash. The payments are recorded on the Archipel system which send this information to our banking partners in order for the authority to receive the payments. Also a proportion of the payment for each transaction goes to Flowbird via this limit order. The security of this system requires that only the partners involved can operate the software so other suppliers would not be possible. Flowbird supply's a back office for the Authority to interrogate the data from the machines to record sales and ensure that the finances are accounted for.
