Project OVERBRAZEN II: Opportunity for the design, development, manufacture and support of a light weight, battery powered (12V) electro optical surveillance system. The system shall be expandable from a sub 11kg base system up to a fully featured system incorporating multiple cameras, Pan and Tilt unit and image enhancement features.
