Expressions of interest are sought from all sectors of the market for this exciting and unique development opportunity in one of the most prominent prime seafront locations in Morecambe. Expressions of Interest will enable a comprehensive development brief to be prepared for the site. This Development Brief will identify how respective uses can be brought together to deliver an imaginative high quality, sustainable development which is appropriate to the transformational nature of the opportunity and the surroundings.
