Tender description

We are looking to commission an organisation or individual to create a striking temporary lighting design for Waltham Forest Town Hall, combining the façade of the building and the fountain in Fellowship Square. The commission will be on display from early December 2022 to February 2023 and will align with several smaller installations being commissioned in town centres (Chingford Mount, Leyton and Leytonstone).
