Grosvenor Wing Modifications to the Domestic Central HW/CW Down Service System

A works project to provide Modifications to the Domestic Central Hot Water and Cold Water Down Service System in St George’s Hospital Grosvenor Wing. Lot 1: This is a project to install new and complete domestic hot water and cold water down service infrastructure pipework systems (with associated controls and monitoring) to serve the existing Grosvenor Wing at St. Georges Hospital, Tooting. The Grosvenor Wing comprises ground, first and second floors of the existing building and provides accommodation for medical and administrative purposes. Existing cold water storage cisterns shall be retained and refurbished as necessary and existing plate heat exchangers shall be retained - although the pumps, pipework, power supplies, control valves, sensors etc. will be new.
