Greenvale Primary Trim trail and associated outside space

Tender description

Greenvale Primary School in Symons Avenue Chatham Kent ME4 5UP have had their former Nursery building demolished. The school are looking to put in its place a trim trail with a suitable safety surface along with preparing and laying synthetic turf on the remaining area. The trim trail area is approx. 300m2 and I have attached drawings of a design the school would like with either a grass mat or Tiger mulch safety surface. In addition there is approx. 700 m2 of remaining area to be synthetically turfed, however this area will also need levelling and suitable drainage etc installed prior to a new surface being laid.
