FRAMEWORK COMPETITION FOR PROVISION OF MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE AND ASSOCIATED WORKS

Tender description

This is a single operator framework with a maximum of one (1) economic operator. The scores allocated to the First Works Contract will rank tenderers. Only the number one ranked tenderer will be appointed to the framework. The First Works Contract project includes mechanical maintenance works as detailed in Appendix 1_M01-2022 Volume A Part 2 Site Specific Requirements and Appendix 2_M01-2022 Volume A Part 1 Asset Register Schedule & Planned Maintenance Requirements v.4 within St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
