NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking expressions of interest from existing GP practices to take on the Spalding GP Surgery list, who must border or would reasonably expand their existing practice boundary to include the current boundary of the Spalding GP Surgery. The current contract with the existing provider, is at term on 30th September 2022, and an extension is not being considered. The incumbent provider will however continue to provide service until the expression of interest process has concluded and patients have been transferred. The ICB is therefore looking for providers to take on the registered list. Lot 1: NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking expressions of interest from existing GP practices to take on the Spalding GP Surgery list, who must border or would reasonably expand their existing practice boundary to include the current boundary of the Spalding GP Surgery. The current contract with the existing provider, is at term on 30th September 2022, and an extension is not being considered. The incumbent provider will however continue to provide service until the expression of interest process has concluded and patients have been transferred. The ICB is therefore looking for providers to take on the registered list. Contract Period - The agreement period for any future services as a result of this EoI will be aligned with the successful provider/s current primary care contract. Funding - Funding will be based on your current medical services contract rates. A one-off dispersal fee would be available at £4.50 per patient where list transfer is 1% or over the practice’s current list. Activity - The current registered patient list is 3,214 patients (as of 20th September 2022) To register your interest please follow this link https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK and either login or register on EU Supply and search for ID number 59225 - Expression of Interest for Spalding GP Surgery – Patient List Dispersal then answer all the questions and submit your response by 14:00 on Friday 14th October 2022. - Providers willing to express an interest will be required to respond to a series of questions which are scored on a "Pass/Fail" and scored basis. - The scoring criteria for each question is stipulated within the question. - Only providers who score a "Pass" on all "Pass/Fail" questions will be deemed compliant and will continue to the next stage - The top 5 providers who have the highest score on the ‘scored’ questions and meet the minimum quality threshold will be deemed the preferred suppliers - Depending on the outcome of the expression of interest, the Commissioner reserves the right to direct award to provider(s) with no further competition. It is the Commissioners intention to award under Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulation 72 (1)(c) and 72 (1)(d)
