<p>Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for a Lead Professional Advisor for the previous Hippodrome Site The Contract is split into two Phases Phase One – Urgent Works Notice Phase Two – Contract Administration of Urgent works The initial contract period is 12 months; the contract is estimated to commence 14th November 2022 and expire 13th November 2023. It is intended that the initial contract period will cover Phase 1. There will be an option to extend the contract for 12 months to provide some flexibility and allow for Phase 2 to be completed.
