Electronic Monitoring Innovation Grant Fund

Tender description

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is seeking a Strategic Partner to support it in running a grant assessment and award process for its Electronic Monitoring Innovation Fund. There may also be potential scope for the Strategic Partner to run and support innovation partnership procedures under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Strategic Partner will also promote the fund by engaging a wide community of potential recipients of funding and support innovation projects through to completion. The MoJ is seeking to procure, under the RM6172 Grant Administration Framework, a Strategic Partner to undertake the following areas of activity: Market Engagement and Promotion Design and Development Application and Award Services Evaluation Services Under the framework, this is defined as Full Programme Management. The MoJ currently does not have an existing partner for the provision of management of grants and innovation partnerships in respect of the Electronic Monitoring Innovation Fund. The partner will be working with a small multi-disciplinary team comprised of policy professionals, the Electronic Monitoring Programme and analysts. This new agreement would run for three years with the option to extend by one plus one years.
