Tender description

"IT & Digital are supporting departments with their digitsation and automation aspirations. As part of this IT & Digital have started to use Microsoft PowerPlatform which is a suite of tools including Business Intelligence, Apps and Automation. A number of applications have been developed by our internal resources. We also had a contractor working with us during work around the ""homes for Ukraine"" project this proved very useful both to drive work forward, but also a centre of knowledge and experience the internal staff could learn from. This procurement looks to continue that arrangement with an expert working flexibly with our development team over the next 6 months. two initial projects will look to deliver digital solutions within Adult Social Care and also the Customer Service Centre "
