<p>PLEASE NOTE THIS IS SOFT MARKET TESTING QUESTIONNAIRE (THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETTION). North Somerset Council is engaging with potential service providers of specialist dementia domiciliary care to enable us to inform our commissioning intentions. The purpose of this soft market engagement exercise is to: • gauge interest in this opportunity • inform the Council’s commissioning intentions • inform service specification development We would also like to hear from providers of dementia day services, care home provision and the voluntary and community sector in order to understand how we can better work together in partnership to improve outcomes for people living with dementia and associated conditions and their carers.
