The successful Supplier will be required to provide Cleaning Services for Battleby Conference Centre and Upper Battleby offices: Battleby Conference Centre, Redgorton, Perth, PH1 3EW Lot 1: The successful Supplier will be required to provide Cleaning Services for Battleby Conference Centre and Upper Battleby offices Battleby Conference Centre, Redgorton, Perth, PH1 3EW Expected Turnover - 93,000GBP per annum (465,000GBP over 5 year lifetime of the contract) Conference Centre Size required to be cleaned – 2,646 Sqm Upper Battleby Size required to be cleaned – 464 Sqm Battleby Conference Centre is owned and operated by NatureScot, which is Scotland nature agency. The aims of NatureScot are to work to improve the natural environment in Scotland and inspire everyone to care more about it. More information on NatureScot can be found here https://www.nature.scot/about-naturescot The conference centre is situated just north of Perth, Scotland, and is a mixture of NatureScot offices, sublet offices, meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art conference centre that can seat up to 160 delegates. In addition, there is the associated facilities of a conference centre, including kitchen, staff room, toilets, showers etc. The Conference Centre has not operated fully during Covid19 and hopes that as the pandemic comes to an end that the full conference facilities can operate to its capacity. Upper Battleby is on the same estate, a minute’s walk from the conference centre. Upper Battleby is a sublet open plan office space with meeting rooms and associated facilities.
