Appropriate Assessment Screening of new Laois Heritage and Biodiversity Strategy

Tender description

Laois County Council is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified consultancy with relevant expertise for the provision of services related to Appropriate Assessment Screening including a Screening Report and Determination. It is not envisaged that Stage 2 Appropriate Assessment will be required so quotation are sought for Stage 1 screening at this time. The appointed consultants will prepare Appropriate Assessment Screening in accordance with the requirements of Article 6(3) of the EU Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC), relevant case law, EU and national guidance and best practice, inclusive of undertaking the following actions: • Preparation of Screening Report and Determination.
