<p>The Council invites Expressions of Interest from experienced hospitality business operators for the concession to run its Subs Bench Café, at Howe Bridge Leisure Centre.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Café is now offered with a 2 year agreement with the option to extend.</p> <p>Interested parties are requested to complete an Expression of Interest Application Form.&nbsp;</p> <p>The invitation pack provides detailed information on the business opportunity and the process of application. The Pack includes:</p> <p><strong>Business Specification.</strong></p> <p><strong>Draft Heads of Terms.</strong></p> <p><strong>Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FFE) Inventory.</strong></p> <p><strong>Expression of Interest Application Form.</strong></p> <p>The pack is available by registering on the chest and can be uploaded on or before 12 noon 6th October 2022 or alternatively can be sent direct to Andrew Hewitt - andrew.hewitt@wigan.gov.uk with a copy to Chris.rimmer@wigan.gov.uk on or before 12 noon 6th October 2022&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Catering Concession
