Cavan County Council invites tenders for an Architect led Design Team for the redevelopment of an existing vacant building known as Mooney’s Hall, Blacklion, Co. Cavan which may include total or partial demolition and redesign to a community-based facility and the regeneration of the former Fair Green. All necessary consultancy design services such as Planning, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and all other consultancy services necessary for the performance of the services are described in the Scope of Services.
