<p>Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for surface refurbishment play equipment installation at Summerfields Play Park Saltash. The provided photos show the existing site, which is three-tiered has some existing equipment areas/pathways. These need to be cleared and the overgrown path areas redone. The existing equipment areas should be in condition for reuse, but resurfacing with wetpour is recommended, total area to be determined by a site visit. The required equipment will need to be placed on the upper and middle level, as the area’s community have reserved the lower level for their own equipment. All equipment needs to be colourful, with limited wood materials, and as the area is surrounded by woodland ease of cleaning needs to be considered. The age range for the park is 3-10 years. The required equipment is: • Basket swing • Multi-use climbing unit (with no slide) • Accessible spinning item (such as ground-level carousel or basket whirl) • Activity panels along the track between middle and upper levels (shown on diagram) This could lead to further works in Phase 2.
