Provision of Temporary Staff

Tender description

The Central Bank is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for supply of temporary staff on short term placements (generally anticipated to be up to 10 months). The objective is for the Central Bank to have flexibility to source temporary staff roles at short notice. The Central Bank has requirements for three types of temporary staff roles, 1) General Administration, 2) Banking, Finance and Professional roles 3) Senior Central Banking roles. The successful Tenderer will be required to carry out the following sourcing process for temporary staff: • Identify candidates that meet appropriate criteria in terms of employment experience, skills and competencies referred to in the role specification provided by the Central Bank; • Submit the requested number of CV’s for each temporary staff role required within the specified time period in the written request. For most requirements, the successful Tenderer will be given a minimum of 7 working days to submit CVs; • Provide detailed, accurate and current CVs including a covering summary page. The CVs should substantially meet the requirements outlined for the role; • Organise interview times between Central Bank business unit and candidates – this will be optional for Central Bank and will depend on the length of time temporary staff is required.; and • Once the business unit selects the most suitable candidate, the successful Tenderer will be required to provide all necessary information and documentation to submit to the Central Bank’s Security Administration Division to be provisionally security cleared to commence their work in the Central Bank. The successful Tenderer will be required to ensure that all necessary working permits/visa are valid for all candidate CVs submitted.
