British Council is seeking to contract four suppliers after careful selection and evaluation to sign a framework agreements and services to be requested via a call down contract based on direct award where specs and requirements are already mentioned in the pricing approach (based on best price) accompanied in the tender and Mini competition for specs which are different or slightly different from the pricing approach mentioned in the tender as well as any items need to be in packages. Mini competition will be based on price and delivery time only and will be conducted only with companies who have valid framework agreements.
