GCC is seeking the services of a consultant to prepare a baseline emissions inventory of greenhouse gases for Galway City Energy Master Plan for Galway City with Spatial Energy Demand Analysis, An Implementation Plan for the Galway City Decarbonising Zone. GCC is required to prepare an Implementation Plan for a Decarbonising Zone (DZ) located within its administrative boundary. Galway City Council has selected a preferred area suitable as a Decarbonising Zone (DZ) located within its administrative boundary.
