Tender description
<p>Redbridge is embarking on a review of its Local Plan and wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake a full Open Space Assessment and Sports, Recreation, Leisure, and Playing Pitches Strategy, as a single evidence base, to support the development and review of the Local Plan and the formulation of Local Plan open space and sports provision policy. The evidence base should include a full assessment of all open space in all areas of the borough, assessing open space quantity, quality, areas of deficiency, and accessibility of open space. It should also include an assessment of sports, recreation and leisure facilities in the borough and determine the current provision and future needs of open space, sports, recreation, and leisure. It should also set out objectives to meet the determined needs, as well as set priorities for open space management and investment.</p> Keywords: Open Space Assessment
