Tender description

Works will comprise the completion of a single storey extension to the Ballymoney Health Centre to create 5no. consultation rooms, large waiting area, compliant unisex toilet and small store room. The extension will be of traditional construction and comprise an insulated external blockwork cavity wall, insulated flat roof structure and double glazed PVCu windows / doors will form the external envelope to the extension. Internal works comprise the installation of acoustic walls, suspended ceilings, floor finishes and wall finishes throughout. All services, both mechanical and electrical, will be extended from the main health centre into the new extension. Mechanical works will comprise the installation of a new low temperature heating system, new supply / waste pipework and dedicated ventilation / cooling systems. Electrical works will comprise the installation of new data, small power, general lighting, emergency lighting, automatic smoke alarm and detection.
