Tender description
The preparation and provision of Environmental Report and Natura Impact Statement, pursuant to the relevant EU directives and national legislation, of the Department's Hen Harrier Threat Response Plan for it's Appropriate Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Plan, respectively. This includes all necessary consultations processes, as required by the relevant legislation, including that under which the Threat Response Plan is being prepared.
