A comprehensive set of traffic surveys is required to update the baseline transport conditions within the study area. Surveys to include Junction Turning Counts (JTCs), Additional Pedestrian and Cycle Counts, Automatic Traffic Counts (ATCs), Journey time surveys and Origin Destination Surveys.
