University of Limerick is seeking Provision of a Market Research and Portfolio Analysis. UL invites tenders in relation to portfolio analysis in a competitive set, in addition to the following: • Internal Audit and Analysis – desk study of current marketing and enrolment figures , application data , geographical locations of persona groups etc over the last 5 years • Performance Analysis – per programme Undergraduate primarily for this phase • Market share growth, course opportunity, search and buyer behaviour, identifying programmes in demand v’s those who need amendment review/ retire. Highlighting strong performers and how to maximise those in the market. • External environment review – where are we now, what does the education sector look like, industry focus that has been the cornerstone of UL.
