Homes England – Commercial Digital Solution (etendering)

Tender description

Homes England requires a commercial e-tendering solution from September 2023. Homes England will be carrying out a pre-tender market engagement exercise during September / October 2022. The Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) is not a call to competition. The purpose of this PIN is to invite potential suppliers to participate in a market testing exercise to assist Homes England in the design of the services and our requirements. This market testing exercise consists of an initial questionnaire and, at the discretion of Homes England, may also include one or more bidder days at which feedback may be provided on a face-to-face basis. The deadline for responses is 26 September 2022 - 12:00 Noon. The Homes England Commercial Team has recently undergone a restructure, this has created a number of requirements within the team for additional functionality over and above that currently utilised by the existing system. The additional functionality includes, but is not limited to, greater integration with other systems, contract management and reporting / management information functionality. The requirements are discussed in more detail in the Market Engagement Briefing & Questionnaire (details below). The new system shall require additional functionalities needed to run and manage Homes England's DPS agreement(s). We would like to consult with the market on the solutions available and our proposal. To do so, we have prepared a Market Engagement Briefing and Questionnaire for interested parties to complete. This will help Homes England shape their requirements and ensure the market is engaged throughout the procurement process.
