Framework for the provision of Robotic Process Automation Software Training Support and Services

Tender description

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) on behalf of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) intends to run competitive procurement processes for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in 2023. The resulting framework will replace the existing RPA Framework which has been in place since August 2019. As part of the process, the OGP wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to meet the aggregated demand for RPA across all Public Sector Bodies under the OGP remit . The OGP is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on RPA. It is not a call for competition.
