The County Council owns the land extending to 4.26 hectares (10.52 acres) known as the Former Heathfield Primary School, Belle Vue Road, Earl Shilton and it is now surplus to requirements and has been identified for either disposal or is to be developed out and the property constructed leased out to secure a revenue stream.
