Tender description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Bank Accounts for Appointee and Deputy Clients Within Croydon. We require a bank account solution to ensure the team can receive and manage our 480 vulnerable residents finances, without giving the resident access to the funds in the accounts that we hold The Council Financial Management team act as the appointee and deputy for the vulnerable resident's and the team receive all their income and pay their bills. We also manage their properties, as well as providing them with a personal allowance. Therefore, the requirements set in Volume 3 of the specification and in the Quotation Response document (Volume 1) are key for the Council to be able to provide a smooth service for our residents.
