Tender description

Marine Scotland invites tenders from suitable contractors to provide a review of energy conversion factor values used for assessing the impact of piling driving for offshore construction. The overall objective is to review the available scientific literature and relevant Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and provide a recommendation on the appropriate value or range of values for use in impact pile driving assessments. In doing so, this will help to reduce uncertainty in future environmental assessments.
