ALDINE HOUSE CORNER INFILL EXTENSION

Tender description

The project is the construction of a two storey corner infill extension to the West of the building. The Extension is to be constructed of stone and block insulated cavity walls, slate pitched roof, solid timber windows and doors. The Works involve some works to the existing generator room to block up the existing and create a new doorway and relocate some plant to accommodate the change. There is also a small amount of external works involved. There are a small number of contractor designed works elements that will require the appointment of specialist subcontractors. These elements are noted within the clause 1.6.1.7.
