Torbay Council is intending to retender the ‘Two to Five Childcare’ contract which is expiring at the end of May 2023. The new Invitation to Tender (ITT) process is likely to commence in Autumn 2022. The new Contract is for the continuation of an established childcare provision located at: Zig Zags Children’s Centre, 32 Market Street, Torquay, Devon TQ1 3AQ. The provision is separately registered and trades as an independent provider but acts as a service available to families accessing Zig Zags Children’s Centre and the surrounding area. The childcare in this contract will be exclusively for children aged two (2) to five (5) years.
