Tender description

Construction of fresh water well with integrated pumping to underground water storage tanks incorporating a UV/carbon filtration system, connection of existing RWP's from Gym & Clubhouse to storage tanks and further underground work to allow collected water for use as grey water provision in clubhouse. A non-invasive pitch irrigation system is required to be fed from storage tank Also provide for Grade A male/female prefabricated toilet block and necessary connections
