Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) invites tenders in accordance with the service specification for a block contract for the supply of Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) Primary provision in their own premises in the City. The contract will commence on 2nd September 2022 for a three-year period with a possible option to extend for a period of up to 2 years, extended on an annual basis subject to review. THIS IS THE AWARD NOTICE FOR THE ABOVE Lot 1: The Council's invites tenders from experienced SEBD providers to supply Primary Provision in premises situated in the City for a block contract of 12 places which is to expand to 20 to to be able to reduce 'out of county' placements during the period of the contract. The estimated value stated in 11.2.6 includes the 8 additional placements required and the period of the contract including optional extension of up to 2 years.
