Provision of the recycling/treatment of municipal street sweeper waste collected by Waste Collection Authorities (WCAs) in Oxfordshire. This opportunity is for the provision of a Recycling/Treatment Facility only. The Contract(s) requires the Contractor to accept waste direct delivered to the Recycling/Treatment Facility or dewatered and bulk hauled to the Recycling/Treatment Facility.
