SPS 2629 - Provision of Locum Education Psychologists

<p>We are seeking to commission a new open framework agreement consisting of multiple, specialist agencies/providers to provide locum Educational Psychologists to (1) complete statutory psychological advice in respect of children and young people undergoing statutory assessment under the provisions of the Children &amp; Families Act (2014), and (2) to work within a consultation framework to deliver a traded Educational Psychology service to schools in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The key objective of commissioning a new open Framework consisting of Locum Educational Psychologists is to help address current vacancy gaps, pending the recruitment of permanent staff, we are commissioning an Open Framework Agreement to allow any qualified Locum Educational Psychologist/ provider to join this framework following an open tender process. This will provide a short-term solution that enables us to fulfil our obligations for the local authority and local schools, with respect to managing requests for statutory assessment advice and delivering a traded Educational Psychology Service, in a responsive manner, across the Royal Borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>The Framework Agreement awarded will be for a period of <strong>four years</strong> &nbsp;and shall be awarded to multiple providers.
