Soft Market Testing - Food and Beverage Offering

Hyndburn Borough Council is seeking input from the market for the provision of a partner/developer in respect of the management of a new food and beverage 'street food' style eating, drinking and social meeting space within Accrington Market Hall. This market assessment is not part of the procurement process, but is purely investigative in nature, to potentially assist the Council in defining a specification for and later contract for the services. In preparation for this, it is our intention to undertake a Soft Market Testing (SMT) questionnaire to review the current supply market, which is available to download and complete until 25th September 2022 at https://www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk/download-package/soft-market-testing/ Lot 1: This advert relates to a proposed SMT exercise only and is NOT a call for competition. Additional information: The purpose of this SMT questionnaire is to gain intelligence on the supply market to fully understand their capabilities and appetite for Hyndburn Borough Council's requirements, including information that will help define the most appropriate structure, plan and budget for any potential competitive procurement exercise.
